Faculty Account Balance Instructions
Faculty account balances (ie. STAR accounts) can be checked through the Faculty Portal via Account Information Management System (AIMS) – Faculty Reports OR Research Account Dashboard (RAD).

AIMS provides balances with more transaction detail for faculty accounts.

RAD provides balance and basic faculty account information.
Please see the attached form for directions on checking the balance of your STAR, Grant, Discretionary and other WBSE accounts via AIMS or RAD.
