Please contact our Facilities team (Mike Humphrey) at least two weeks prior to your event to discuss their possible assistance with room arrangement; extra trash recepticals, or other facilities related concerns.
You are responsible for extra sanitizing measures necessary during COVID. All surfaces should be wiped down prior to your event and again after. Sanitizing wipes and/or spray can be obtained by contacting copycenter@purdue.edu.
