Things to consider:

• The specific course you're teaching, including title, level, and meeting times.

• The desired experience of the alumni speaker, including any company, industry or position information preferred.

• General overview of what the alumni will be covering in his/her guest lecture.

• Timeframe for this request, i.e. when you would want the alumni to speak.

• If you are requesting the speaker to come to campus or if they can lecture virtually. 

• Any other additional information you think would be helpful for this request.
