2026 Fall MGMT 310 Case Competition with Allegiant/Sun County (Must be enrolled in MGMT 310)

Are you ready to take on a real-world business challenge? In this case competition, teams will step into the role of business analysts and help leadership navigate a complex strategic decision following a major corporate acquisition.

You’ll use financial modeling, strategic thinking, and risk analysis to evaluate multiple paths forward and ultimately make a recommendation to senior leadership. The strategies may be close on paper, but your team’s ability to identify the risks, trade-offs, and long-term implications will set your recommendation apart.

This competition focuses largely on the business plan and marketing tactics of a vegan food product that your team will develop. The theme this year is Vegan Cheese.
