Teams will act as consultants to develop 3–5 strategic recommendations supporting the creation of a “Silicon Valley in the Heartland,” addressing talent attraction, retention, and future regional challenges. Presentations will be evaluated by judges from top organizations in the region.
No assistance from faculty, staff, or non-team members once the case is released
Digital research sources are allowed
Slide decks must be PowerPoint, 16:9, with:
15-slide limit for presentation
10-slide limit for appendix
Team brief + title slide (not counted in slide limit)
15-minute presentation
5-minute Q&A
5-minute feedback session
All team members must present
Top two teams from each room advance to finals
Finalists announced 12:00–12:30 PM via Pitch
Final presentations at 1:30 PM
Awards ceremony at 3:15 PM
