*Please note that this competition is open only to members of Delta Sigma Psi, Alpha Kappa Psi, Phi Gamma Nu, and Beta Alpha Psi. 

This inter-fraternal business challenge brings together Purdue’s premier business organizations in a high-stakes case competition designed to push analytical thinking, teamwork, and creative problem-solving to the next level.

Student teams will tackle a real-world business challenge provided by The Heritage Group, applying their strategic, financial, and marketing expertise to develop actionable recommendations. Finalists will present their solutions to a panel of alumni and industry judges, gaining valuable feedback and exposure to real-world decision-making.

Students will register as a team of four through the Pitch Platform. 

Important Dates: 

  • September 29: Registration Opens
  • October 09: Registration Closes
  • October 10: Case Release
  • October 20–22: Office Hours (Mandatory)
    • Each team must attend during one of the two days we are offering. The office hour locations are KRANB0016 and TBA, and times are also TBA.
  • October 23 @ 11:50 pm: Final Slides Due
    • A Title Slide with a photo of each team member is required. Please send these to Kyle Emgenbroich at kemgenbr@purdue.edu
  • October 24: Competition Day

Day-of Timeline:

  • Check-In Opens: 8:30 a.m.
    • Student Check-In: 20 minutes before your scheduled presentation
  • Presentations Begin (Round 1): 9:00 a.m.
  • Round 1 Ends: 10:30 a.m.
  • Final Round Begins: 11:30 a.m.
    • The top 4 teams from Round 1 will advance to the finals
  • Closing Ceremony & Awards: 1:00 p.m.
  • Event Ends: 1:30 p.m.

Competition Format:

  • Pitch Presentation: 10 minutes 
  • Question Period from Judges: 5 minutes
  • Feedback from Judges: 5 minutes

Prizes:

  • The First Place Team will be awarded $2,000 per team to be divided equally among team members. Additional prizes will also be awarded.
