This annual case competition, hosted by the Daniels School's Brock-Wilson Center for Women in Business, challenges students to use their skills to create solutions for a real-world business issue involving gender diversity. The goal of the competition is to generate important dialogue and learning among future business leaders.
Teams of students prepare presentations with their recommendations. Judges, typically selected from the business community and Purdue faculty, award prizes to the first, second, and third-place teams and students recognized as “outstanding presenters.”
The 2025 PowerShift Case Competition will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025. Registration is open to undergraduate students, in teams of 3-4 each. All participants must be Purdue-West Lafayette in-residence students. Individuals are encouraged to apply. Teams will be formed into groups of 3-4 students.
Students from all colleges are welcome to participate.
Participants must be full-time students enrolled at the West Lafayette Campus and in good standing with the University.
